loy4d Platform Agreement

The following terms have the meanings assigned to them below and shall apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active loy4d Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from within Indonesia or from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited for your personal use;
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, nominee, or representative for any third party;
• You are not a Restricted Person as defined in Clause 1;
• You have not previously had a loy4d Account closed for cause, including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, or identity misrepresentation;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of loy4d or any of its affiliated companies or game providers;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction of residence.

loy4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

To access betting, gaming, and financial features of the loy4d Platform, you must create an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number.

One Account per person. Each individual may hold only one loy4d Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where loy4d identifies duplicate Accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated Accounts immediately, retain any balances pending investigation, and void all pending or settled bets placed from the duplicate Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information associated with your Account. Any changes to your personal details (including phone number, email address, or bank account information) must be reported to loy4d support promptly. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account closure.

Accepted Payment Methods. loy4d supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels for Indonesian players: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). loy4d does not charge transaction fees on deposits or standard withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own fees independently.

Minimum and Maximum Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are determined by your account verification status and VIP tier and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the request.

Processing Times. Deposits are credited to your loy4d Account within 30 seconds of successful bank or e-wallet confirmation in normal circumstances. Withdrawals for fully verified Members are processed with a target turnaround of 3 minutes. In exceptional circumstances — including but not limited to system maintenance, KYC queries, or fraud screening — processing times may be extended. loy4d will notify the Member if a delay is anticipated.

Source of Funds. All funds deposited must be your own lawfully obtained money. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is prohibited. loy4d may request documentation confirming the source of funds as part of its KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations. Deposits from credit cards, third-party accounts, or e-wallets not registered in your name are not permitted.

Withdrawal Conditions. To be eligible to withdraw, you must have:

• Completed the required KYC verification for your withdrawal tier;
• Satisfied any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds;
• Deposited at least once using the withdrawal method requested (where applicable);
• No pending fraud or security investigations on your Account.

loy4d reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or any internal security review.

General. All bets and game rounds placed on the loy4d Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product or market. Product-specific rules — covering sportsbook betting, live casino games, slot play, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw markets — are published within the relevant product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

Sportsbook. Bets placed on sports markets — including EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia, AFF Cup, MotoGP, badminton, and e-sports — are subject to loy4d's Sportsbook Rules. Mix parlay accumulator bets are settled at the combined odds of all selected legs; if any single leg is void, the bet is recalculated on the remaining legs unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

Casino & Slots. All live casino and slot games are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. Game outcomes are governed by each studio's Provably Fair or Random Number Generator (RNG) certification. loy4d does not manipulate game outcomes.

Togel Markets. Togel draw results are sourced from officially published draw outcomes. loy4d is not responsible for delays in the publication of official draw results. Where a draw is cancelled or postponed by the official organiser, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to Member Accounts.

Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or incorrectly published odds or game result, loy4d reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Member Accounts. No claim shall arise from any Member in respect of winnings derived from a manifest error. loy4d will communicate any such voiding clearly and promptly to affected Members.

Suspicious Activity. loy4d monitors betting patterns for indicators of match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, and coordinated manipulation. Any Account found to have engaged in such activity will be suspended, and winnings from suspected manipulated markets may be withheld pending investigation.

loy4d periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and seasonal offers tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms published at the time of the offer, which supplement these Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms solely for the relevant promotion.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonus Funds are awarded only to eligible Members who meet the qualification criteria stated in the offer;
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied in full before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn;
• Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be used within 7 days of credit to the Account;
• Free spins winnings are typically credited as Bonus Funds unless the specific promotion states otherwise;
• loy4d reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing Wagering Requirements already in progress are honoured;
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Member, per household, and per device. Multiple Accounts created to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly constitute bonus abuse.

As part of loy4d's commitment to operating a secure and compliant platform, we operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed, and may be requested at any point during a Member's account lifetime at loy4d's discretion.

Standard KYC documentation may include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, or BNI account showing your registered name);
• Source of funds documentation where the total lifetime deposit exceeds internal thresholds;
• A selfie or live photograph taken alongside the submitted ID document, upon request.

All KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible form. Documents that are expired, cropped, obscured, or edited in any way will be rejected. loy4d processes KYC submissions within 1–3 business days under normal conditions. Members will be notified by email and/or live chat message upon completion of the review.

loy4d handles all personal data collected through the KYC process strictly in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and used solely for identity verification, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention purposes.

loy4d is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all Members free of charge from within the loy4d account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions. You will receive an on-screen reminder when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During a cooling-off period your Account remains open but betting and gaming features are disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the loy4d Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

loy4d will not knowingly allow a self-excluded Member to re-register or open a new Account during an active exclusion period. If you believe a self-excluded Account has been re-opened in error, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

loy4d reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where its monitoring systems identify patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, without prior notice to the Member.

All content published on the loy4d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of loy4d or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, or transmit any part of the Platform's content;
• Distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content;
• Use any automated tool (including web scrapers, bots, or crawlers) to extract data from the Platform without loy4d's express written permission;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

The loy4d name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of the loy4d Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, loy4d excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, third-party software failures, or any other technical failure outside loy4d's direct control;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned;
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, draw results, and match statistics.

Where loy4d's liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you into your loy4d Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits loy4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

loy4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Member has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information;
• The Member has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, match-fixing, or any form of dishonest betting activity;
• The Member's Account has been accessed by, or operated on behalf of, a Restricted Person;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require that the Account be closed;
• The Member has charged back a deposit or initiated an unauthorised payment dispute with their bank or e-wallet provider.

Where an Account is closed by loy4d for cause, any Account Balance that relates to deposits made with fraudulent payment methods, bonus abuse proceeds, or funds derived from prohibited activity may be withheld in full. loy4d will notify the affected Member of the closure and, where legally permissible, will provide a brief explanation of the reason.

Member-Initiated Closure. You may request the closure of your loy4d Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining Account Balance that is eligible for withdrawal (i.e., not subject to an incomplete Wagering Requirement or pending investigation) will be transferred to your nominated payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

loy4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

loy4d uses your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account creation, management, and authentication;
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and bet settlements;
• KYC and anti-money-laundering compliance;
• Customer support and dispute resolution;
• Sending promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them;
• Responsible gaming monitoring and intervention;
• Fraud detection and platform security.

loy4d does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary for service delivery (e.g., payment processors, game studios, identity verification providers) or where required by applicable law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which loy4d is incorporated and licensed to operate. loy4d operates under internationally recognised licensing and compliance standards and applies those standards in serving its Indonesian player base.

By registering an Account, you acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions or prohibitions under the laws of your country or territory of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the loy4d Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. loy4d shall not be liable for any legal consequences arising from a Member's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct correspondence with loy4d's support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, to be agreed upon between the parties in good faith. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

loy4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, loy4d will provide at least 7 days' notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage and/or sending a notification to the email address registered to your Account.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. Continued use of the loy4d Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. loy4d recommends that all Members review the Terms & Conditions at least once every 90 days, or whenever you receive a notification of an update.
